Hi, I’m Jason, author of Stark Naked Numbers book, and I’m here to help you understand your numbers. My goal is to teach you an unconventional method of accounting. Dare to think different, strip your financials down to the bare essentials so you can identify your growth opportunities better and faster.
My story
I had an interest in money from an early age, as we never had much of it growing up.
From an early age I learned that all great investors and business owners know their numbers.
As Warren Buffett famously said:
“Accounting is the language of business”
To be one of them, I had to learn the language.
That was the day I decided to become an accountant - a career path that would help me master business finances.
Today, I work with hundreds of business owners and founders across Australia, the USA and UK.
My accounting firm SBO Financial services entrepreneurs of start-ups and scale-ups. We help founders get financial control, clarity and visibility on their numbers to make more profit and cash flow.
My passion is helping business owners extract value from their numbers and financial data. My personal mission is to improve the financial literacy of entrepreneurs and change the current worldview of the accounting profession.
To further this cause, I spend most of my time educating business owners on accounting and finance via this platform, Stark Naked Numbers.
Along with my business partners, we invest in technology and growth businesses via the Arbor Group.
